The Victorio Deluxe Grain Mill has an easy to use front dial that makes adjusting texture from fine to coarse simple and easy. Adjust coarse; for cracked grains or fine; for bread quality flour. With the Victorio Deluxe Grain Mill you can grind wheat, rice, rye, steel cut oats, buckwheat, peppercorns, barley, poppy seeds, millet, spelt, popcorn, caraway, cumin, amaranth, quinoa, alfalfa, lentils and the list goes on and on. However, it must be a non-oily, dry grain, seed, bean or spice and it must be free flowing. Works best when grinding items no larger than a square 1/4-inch; approximately the size of an unpopped kernel of popcorn. The Victorio Deluxe Grain Mill holds up to 5-1/2 cups of grain. Mounting clamp attaches to surfaces from 1/2-inch to 2-1/4-inch thick. Precision stainless steel milling cone is durable and will last for years.
