One of Rösle's superb kitchen tools, this 11-inch cheese knife slices and serves medium-hard cheeses like Emmentaler and Cheshire. The 6-inch blade has a wavy, serrated edge to neatly slice a cheese all the way through, and the blade curves up sharply to become a prong tip for spearing and serving the slice. Holes in the broad blade prevent cheese slices from sticking. Like all Rösle tools, utensils, and Open Kitchen storage components, this cheese knife is made of 18/10 stainless steel for rustproof beauty and long-lasting durability. The round handle has a satin finish to conceal finger marks.
