One of Rösle's superb kitchen utensils, this 10-inch spatula has a 3.6-inch silicone blade that's heat-resistant to 428 degrees F so you can use it in hot pans as well as for pastry. The blade is impervious to acids, salt, oil, and fat. It tapers to both sides, providing thin, straight edges (one is slightly flexible) for spreading frosting neatly and smoothly.
