The perfect companion to Le Creuset's larger enameled cast-iron cassoulet dish, this smaller 26-ounce cassoulet bowl works well for both individual food preparation as well as for serving, plus it can be stacked for convenient, compact storage. The cassoulet bowl, which measures approximately 8-1/2 by 6-1/2 by 2-4/5 inches, features a flat base and flared sides that make it wider at the rim than at the base. As part of Le Creuset's line of stoneware, the unit features a hard-wearing, impermeable finish fired at temperatures as high as 2192 degrees F.
