WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER BEFORE PURCHASING any Gel Mat: Anti-Fatigue Mats should be used and maintained as you would any other kitchen appliance. Should not be used as an area rug. Not recommend for high traffic or wet areas, although ours has features of water resistance. Good in oil resistance and easily cleaned with mild soap and water with most floor cleaners or vacuum.

USER MANUAL: The inner gel is a patented Gel-Memory-Foam. When it arrives, remove Protective film on bottom side of mat and place in a spot where it will be used. Place mat on floor and walk on it a few times, all kinks will begin to vanish. The anti-slip feature will hold to the floor very securely as it settles to new home and difficult to remove for several days. This process allows the memory gel-foam to develop a flat strong mat. The first time you move lift it very slowly.
