Made by German knife manufacturer Wüsthof, this 12-by-8-by-1-inch board is sized for small tasks--such as chopping a handful or ginger, julienning a pepper, or slicing a lemon. Plus, the board is light enough for transferring ingredients from the opposite end of the kitchen to the stovetop. This versatile tool is also reversible, with a cutting surface on either side.
